Joshua Dressler, Distinguished Professor Emeritus of the Ohio State University Michael E. Moritz College of Law, will discuss “Reflections on Rape Law: Searching for a Fair Reform Outcome” as part of the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law’s Centennial Celebration Speaker Series. Throughout 2024, guest speakers from law schools across the country – including legal experts like Dean Erwin Chemerinsky, Dean Danielle Conway, Professor Susan Kuo, Professor William Eskridge Jr., Professor Cheryl Wade, Professor Aya Gruber, and more – will share their insights in an array of legal topics.
